Subject Update LICENSE-2.0.html#apply to include canonical repository location
Date Mon, 11 Jun 2018 19:15:52 GMT
I'd like to propose a small change to http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html#apply
to add a recommendation to include a reference to the canonical repository of the work.

As an example, this appears to be best practice to me:

// Protocol Buffers - Google's data interchange format
// Copyright 2008 Google Inc. All rights reserved.
// http://code.google.com/p/protobuf/
//
