AFAIK, You are not able to change any Copyright notice from source files. You can add your
own copyright info and license model with noticing users which parts of the source that has
changed by you.

Just a query re: licenses. I am forking an Apache Commons project and just would like to confirm
what the requirements are re: license headers in source files. Would somethimg like the following
