a) Nothing says it's offered to us under a different license than GFDL. GFDL utterly allows
us to Share and Enjoy. It's our policy it breaks, not licensing.
b) Assuming it's meant to be a license - and reading lots into it (share = distribute, enjoy
= use), it doesn't give us modification rights. It also doesn't give our users the right to
