Subject Error when compiling on SunOS
Date Mon, 31 Oct 2011 14:50:00 GMT

I'm building ATS on the Solaris-based system (OpenIndiana build 151a)
and got trouble when run gmake command.

$ ./configure CC=gcc --prefix=/usr/ats
$ gmake

After gmake runs for awhile, the error has seen as:

libtool: compile:  g++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I../../lib
-D_REENTRANT -Dsolaris -I/usr/local/include -march=i586 -g -pipe -Wall

-Wno-invalid-offsetof -MT ink_string.lo -MD -MP -MF
.deps/ink_string.Tpo -c  -fPIC -DPIC -o
.libs/ink_string.o In function 'void ink_utf8_to_latin1(const char*, int,
char*, int*)': error: invalid conversion from 'const char**' to
'char**' [-fpermissive]

Anybody got an idea?

P/S: gcc v4.6.2, and gmake v3.81
