hmm my SSL Config didn't change and is part of an CI system that worked with each of the 8.5.X
versions until the latest. but will cross check.

As the exception occurs during the processing of some JMX beans, i thought that it's somewhere
related to #60853 that now exposes the SSLHostConfig and SSLHostConfigCertificate objects
via JMX.
