Unit test - OK. (Java 7u80, 8u172) x (NIO, NIO2, APR) (32-bit JDK, Windows 10)

Smoke testing with Security Manager:
Two JSP pages in examples fail.
This can be fixed by a configuration change - by amending
conf/catalina.policy.  Not a show-stopper.
