Release notes, as displayed by Windows installer, are unreadable.

The option to display the file is on by default, so it affects a lot
of people. Though may be most of them do not care.

Based on this, and on our issues with src.tar.gz archive, I change my vote to

[x] Beta

Please review and vote on current and upcoming proposed patches in STATUS.
