In build/build.xml, I changed:

    <ant dir=3D"${jasper.home}"   target=3D"build-only">
To:

    <ant dir=3D"${jasper.home}/jasper2"   target=3D"build-only">

And the build completed with no error messages.

Note: I just performed a clean checkout
