command line option to specify the encoding of generated java files needed

Summary: command line option to specify the encoding of generated
                    java files needed
           Product: Tomcat 4
           Version: 4.0.6 Final
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Jasper 2
        AssignedTo: tomcat-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ms53@inf.tu-dresden.de

Jasper should have a command line option to specify the encoding of generated
java files. There is a method setEncoding() in JspC.java, but one can't change
the default enocding using the command line interface.
