I've worked with both Setup Factory and InstallShield in the past and I 
liked Setup Factory a lot. But as far as I know, it is Windows only. Last I 
heard, both InstallShield and Wise were planning Java versions of their 
installers that were supposed to be cross-platform. Wouldn't that make some 
sense for a product like Tomcat that is cross-platform itself?
