[TortoiseSVN -> Repo-browser].

I pasted the following path from my clipboard:

o master/repository/<>

Note the leading "o " characters.  This was copied from a bulleted list in an html e-mail.
 Above error was generated.

Work-around, is to not include leading formatting on the repo-browser path.
