Plan B might be to use svn_load_dirs.pl:  http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/s=
ubversion/trunk/contrib/client-side/svn_load_dirs/

It has a "glob_ignores" option, or will try to read your global-ignores fro=
m your local svn config file.
