What version of mod_dav_svn are you using on the server?
What version of Subversion client are you using to access it?
What version of Apache httpd 2?
What is the DocumentRoot and SVNParentPath for this virtual host? I just want to be sure that
they do not overlap.
Are you using authz in the server configuration? I found this issue which might be related
if you are:
