Subject Subversion build on windows

I'm trying to build Subversion on Windows. I got following error when I ran
the script

>c:\Python27\python.exe -t vcproj --vsnet-version=2008

Found libdb44.lib in db4-win32

Generating for Visual Studio 2008

Could not detect Ruby version, assuming 1.8.

  Ruby bindings will be linked with msvcrt-ruby18.lib
