From Bryce Nesbitt <bry...@obviously.com>
Subject Is it a bug? Unable to "propdel" the "executable" bit. Debian Lenny.
Date Sat, 10 Apr 2010 22:47:21 GMT
Is this a bug that should be reported, or am I confused somehow?
I'm unable to delete the executable property from a file:

bnesbitt@bnesbitt1:~/doc/perllib$ svn propdel executable ImportArticle.pm
property 'executable' deleted from 'ImportArticle.pm'.
bnesbitt@bnesbitt1:~/doc/perllib$ svn commit ImportArticle.pm
bnesbitt@bnesbitt1:~/doc/perllib$ svn status ImportArticle.pm
bnesbitt@bnesbitt1:~/doc/perllib$ svn diff ImportArticle.pm
bnesbitt@bnesbitt1:~/doc/perllib$ svn proplist --verbose ImportArticle.pm
Properties on 'ImportArticle.pm':
  svn:executable : *
  cvs2svn:cvs-rev : 1.2
  svn:mime-type : text/x-perl
svn:keywords : Author Date Id Revision
  svn:eol-style : native
bnesbitt@bnesbitt1:~/doc/perllib$ svn --version
svn, version 1.5.1 (r32289)
   compiled Aug 6 2009, 16:55:38

Here is a similar report:
