Just as an fyi, the 1.6.7 and 1.6.8 releases were discarded.  So there
has really only been one release.

CollabNet has had 1.6.9 posted since it was released.

The only issue on the tigris binaries is that the volunteer that was
maintaining them announced back after 1.6.6 came out that he would not
have the time to make them anymore.  Volunteers are always welcome to
create and post binaries.
