Thank you for your help.

Actually we are running Storm 1.1.0 . We are planning upgrade to 2.x but
for later.

According to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-2693 request for
1.1.0 was not merged so 1.1.x branch lacks support for collecting heartbits
in the supervisor itself.

Thank you again for clarification of Zookeeper role.
