Part of large data is status of toolbars. Visibility, position, locked state
and so on. 
After the Configmgr Refactoring, each property value of a toolbar is stored
separately 
into items. And each items has long oor:path to indicate the toolbars.

For example, oor:name for private:resource/toolbar/graphicobjectbar toolbar is 
165 characters. And it has 14 properties in each item node, they consume 2.3 kB
only for the oor:path.
We have some toolbars on each document types. 

If you open some dialog, new value is stored as new deafult values and also the
position of the dialog is stored. 
They are stored in the file but this data is not so large.
