The old dictionary, by the same author, is to be considered retired. Before I open an issue for it, would this be a good case to add the old ID to the "blacklisted" extensions for 4.0.1, i.e., those that won't be migrated even if the user decides to keep his old profile? The old French dictionary should be replaced by the new one in all cases and cannot coexist with the new one, so those who found it bundled will simply find the new one bundled and have the old one not migrated due to blacklisting; those who had installed it from the Extensions site will just reopen the Extensions site and download the new one (the only one available).
