I think that the debating style used by some has delayed consensus.

We are here for discussion and often it seems that the tone is =
disagreement and argument.

I am comfortable with the fact that the several PPMC members who are =
also forum admins will be able to provide enough oversight for the PPMC, =
and likely the Incubator PMC and Apache Infrastructure.

Does one of you want to write a proposal?
