   #### Description of PR
   We are using Connect WebSocket processor to connect to a WebSocket server.
   As part of the requirement, when the WebSocket server closes the connection, we need to
do retry mechanism.
   Current connect WebSocket processor does not have disconnected relationship that indicates
jetty @OnWebSocketClose callback.
   This is required, so that in case of the disconnected relationship we can do the retry
mechanism
   
   _Enables Disconnected Relationship support functionality; fixes bug NIFI-6610._
   
   In order to streamline the review of the contribution we ask you
   to ensure the following steps have been taken:

that is compatible for inclusion under [ASF 2.0](http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-a)?

access) for each of the new properties? Yes

   - [ ] Have you ensured that format looks appropriate for the output in which it is rendered?
