    MLP: Use array_upper to get the last array element

    Postgresql arrays can be indexed in an arbitrary range. Hence,
    array_length is not necessarily the last element of the array. The
    array_upper function gives the index of the last element.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/madlib/madlib bugfix/missing_array_length_gp4

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/madlib/pull/238.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
