    Fixed build errors by upgrading Boost from 1.47 to 1.61

    I had lots of build errors while trying to build MADlib for PostgreSQL 9.5 on Ubuntu Xenial
16.04.
    Errors were related to boost.

    Fixed errors by upgrading Boost from 1.47 to 1.61.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
