There is no big problem in local cluster. But,= this=C2=A0behavior may not=C2=A0be very suitable for cloud environment. In= =C2=A0cloud environment, there may be different types of machine, some has = rack info, while others do not has rack info.=C2=A0It could happen=C2=A0for= many reasons, like=C2=A0understock of specific machine. We can give each b= roker a default rack id.=C2=A0 * if not set any rack info,=C2=A0it=C2=A0is the same with previous=C2=A0be= havior * if=C2=A0partial of brokers are set with rack info, we can=C2=A0think of = the remaining brokers as same rack.
