Don't commit this please :)

It builds and unit-tests mostly pass... but there are few big todo items still open:
1. Make the protocol backward compatible as we discussed in the mailing list
2. Make tools support multiple protocols (this is hard coded right now)
3. Test with IPv6
4. Support default interface with null (Its currently binding to wildcard by default)

Please take a look and comment! Its a pretty large change, so I may have missed something
big.
