The Apache Jena development community is pleased to announce the release 
of Apache Jena 3.10.0!

The project intends to replace jena-spatial in a future release with 
Greg Albiston's GeoSPARQL:

JENA-1621 : Apache Lucene upgrade to 7.4
    Deployments may need to reload Lucene indexes.
