Ah, yes - that seems to work. I'm not sure what happened before, but
if I add this line to my ~/.bash_profile

export DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=$DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/local/spidermonkey/lib

...then "./utils/run" works.

Is there a way to have CouchDB start automatically on login with this method?
