Oh, and in reply to the typeform suggestion. I agree it=E2=80=99s a =
really slick interface, but it=E2=80=99s a for-pay service, so we=E2=80=99=
d have to find a sponsor. In addition, I=E2=80=99ve used it in the past =
and didn=E2=80=99t have the best experience, so I wouldn=E2=80=99t =
recommend it, despite it being really slick for users.
