Zabidin Mamat commented on CLOUDSTACK-5543:

Is it possible to delete secondary storage? If possible how to do it?

And since they exist on all sec. storages, there is no way to selectively delete it from one
of the sec. storage.
> Details:
> After moving all public VM templates from this "old" NFS to the new NFS SS (by rsync
and update template_store_ref table to point to new NFS store - because public temlates are
NOT replicated the same way ISOs are, although they should be per my knowledge), it is still
not possible to delete/remove the NFS secondary storage from GUI, because ISOs still exist
on this "old" NFS storage.
> There is no option to remove ISO files references to 1 particular NFS storage.
> So eather enable GUI option to remove ISOs from storage, prior to it's removal, or complete
ignore the fact that the ISOs exit on it (since ISOs are replicated to available secondary
storages in zone).
> I managed to resolve my problem with:
> delete FROM cloud.template_store_ref where store_id=ID_OF_NFS_TO_BE_DELETE and template_id
in (select id from vm_template where type='user' and format='iso');
