Hi Hasan

What should

Set<UriRef> getQueryGraphs(Sting query, UriRef defaulGraph)

return for a query like:

    SELECT ?graphName WHERE {   GRAPH ?graphName {} }

null? throw an exception? Or should we change the method to better suit
these cases?
