M= oving to RF=3D3 would be local quorum 2/3, able to tolerate a down host but= increases storage needs=C2=A0

Shifting operations= to quorum would use both dcs and make it 3/4, tolerate one down host, no i= ncrease in storage cost, but adds wan latency to cross dcs=C2=A0
