    @eribeiro Thanks for your reivew, I will replicate the changes to NettyServerCnxn. 
    
    BTW, how to make use of NettyServerCnxn as the underlying transport? The NIOServerCnxn
is default transport implementation, and I didn't find the knobs to switch to use NettyServerCnxn.
