is all I changed; it ensures that the `config.h` file is always put into the source `include`
directory, which is what upstream projects include. This was needed because `zookeeper.h`
includes the file, so this makes sure it exists next to it (instead of in the binary directory,
which works for the ZK build, but if it's out-of-tree, is misplaced for upstream consumption).
