Turns out build bot does not support VS 2008 build environment anymore (see
INFRA-13112 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-13112> for
details). Any objections on deprecating VS 2008 and retarget native client
build on windows to use a modern version of MSVC?

On a side note I tried the zookeeper-vs2013.sln
<https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/blob/master/src/c/zookeeper-vs2013.sln> on
build bot and it needs some tweaks to work.
