Chris Nauroth commented on ZOOKEEPER-1626:

This patch accidentally introduced a compilation failure on Windows, where unistd.h does not
exist.  Also, there was no code path implemented for accessing the Windows monotonic clock.

I filed a patch on ZOOKEEPER-2178 to fix this and a few other Windows issues.
