https://github.com/openzipkin-contrib/apache-release-verification/pull/1 is
up, implements some basic checks and sets up the framework to easily add
more. (I won't spam the list with notifications about any further PRs, this
is just to let everyone know that there's something to look at, and
subscribe if it looks interesting).
