I believe that's the plan. Please remember we're all volunteers so sometimes these things
take awhile. The fastest way to make things go faster is to take on some of the work.

 

Personally, I currently plan to prioritize getting a board report for avro and the next hbase
1.4 RC going before I would start doing the 0.11.1 RC. Given my current time and responsibilities,
I'd guess that puts me at the end of the week.
