I=E2=80=99ve finally got around to polishing off the couple of remaining is= sues that were blocking the 1.7 release. The code is tagged here: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xmlgraphics/batik/tags/batik-1_7 This is the last Batik release that supports Java 1.3, so again we have two binary distribution artifacts (one for 1.3, one for 1.4+). I have also built a Mac OS X disk image of Squiggle, which some Mac users may prefer. The files are signed with the same key that signed this mail. The artifacts can be found here: http://people.apache.org/~cam/b17/ MD5 hashes are as follows: 7c8320881bab1f5e486461bc4cfbd93f batik-1.7-jre13.zip f31f5394dd07602da71635ae3dd796bd batik-1.7.zip b36a528c217f66ccdda3430dcfe4cc18 batik-docs-1.7.zip 21b6b03c9e1f405e11b1a5d6debe027b batik-src-1.7.zip 94f07d4e0a97e6a0bc3e7a1f5e7b8f47 Squiggle-1.7.dmg Also at the above URL are the maven artifacts built for the release, which I=E2=80=99ll upload to the ASF=E2=80=99s repository if the vote passe= s. These are built for Java 1.4, as Max suggests. A summary of changes since the 1.7beta1 release can be found here: http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xmlgraphics/batik/tags/batik-1_7/CHANGES So herewith, I start a vote on the release of Batik 1.7. Please do review it if you get a chance. The vote will run for 72 hours, ending at 09:00 UTC on Sunday December 30. Of course, a +1 from me.
