I've translated "\f" into:

</fo:flow>
</fo:page-sequence>
<fo:page-sequence master-name="simple">
<fo:flow flow-name="xsl-region-body">

If thats not sufficently clear, I could provide an example plain-text to
xsl-fo conversion program I've written.
