Subject [jira] [Commented] (BATIK-1125) Rasterizer 1.8 fails with base64 embedded png
Date Thu, 03 Sep 2015 13:07:45 GMT

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BATIK-1125?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=14729002#comment-14729002

Andreas Pillath commented on BATIK-1125:
----------------------------------------

It seems that
{code}
batik-codec-1.8.jar\META-INF\services\org.apache.batik.ext.awt.image.spi.ImageWriter
{code}
ise referencing the non existing classes:
{code}
org.apache.batik.ext.awt.image.codec.imageio.ImageIOPNGImageWriter
org.apache.batik.ext.awt.image.codec.imageio.ImageIOTIFFImageWriter
org.apache.batik.ext.awt.image.codec.imageio.ImageIOJPEGImageWriter
{code}
The only available mime-type is
 'image/gif' from org.apache.batik.ext.awt.image.spi.JDKRegistryEntry

A workaround is to manually register the following registry entries:
{code}
final ImageTagRegistry registry = ImageTagRegistry.getRegistry();
registry.register(new PNGRegistryEntry());
registry.register(new TIFFRegistryEntry());
{code}

file in my -classpath with no resolution.
