Test program that demonstrates the bug

Run this test a few times. Here's what it does:

A document is displayed and a timer is started.

Each tick of the timer an object with a drop shadow filter is
either added to, or removed from, the base document.

A random bit determines whether the first modification
to the document occurs (a) immediately or (b) after a delay.

In case (a), the drawing of the object renders correctly,
but each time the object is removed, some of the "outer reaches"
of the drop shadow remain visible.

In case (b), the reverse happens: the "outer reaches" of the
drop shadow are *never* visible. I.e., the drop shadow gets
clipped as described in the original email.
