    Fix Version/s:     (was: TBD)
                   Version 2.4 

The following options had been added:
XmlOptions
    * setSaveCDataLengthThreshold                  since v2.3.0
    * setSaveCDataEntityCountThreshold          since v2.3.0
    * setUseCDataBookmarks                              since v2.4.0
