Since I don't have any experience on using any of them and I heard only good things about Jira,
I'm the people who used both of them: 

	Is any drawback when using Jira?

Comitters please vote by end of day Friday (Jan 30).  We don't want to be distracted over
the weekend when watching the super bowl not knowing what our bug system will be :)
