The XMLBeans website is now updated (please let me know about corrections/issues) including docs.  I mostly did it manually so work still needs to be done to automate the process as much as possible.  I added a wiki page describing the process for updating it here http://nagoya.apache.org/wiki/apachewiki.cgi?XMLBeansProjectPages/HowToBuildXmlBeansWebsite.  I still need update the process for adding the docs. 

On the community tab there is a section for who we are.  If committers will post a short bio then we can link to it from that page (see David's about me post).
