This is whywe have persistent and non-persistent messaging. I agree that
things like feeds and notifications etc. do not require persistence but
business transactions definitely do.

what about notification events that are send periodically? those are just
tiny
messages and the are not persistent - losing few does not affect anybody
(time
to live for such message may be below on seconds anyway...)
