Thanks, but remember, it is still a work in progress.  Please let us know
how your tests go, we can use all of the feedback you can give.  One primary
area of importance to us is the very last step, the cleanup phase, we need
some test data to ensure that the transaction won't end with an inconsistent
if the connection breaks at any time during the response phase.  I'm working
on a few test implementations and have had mixed results.  It would be good
to have another set of eyes (an independent set of eyes) looking at this
too.

Great work, I just read it and looking forward to doing a test
implementation
ASAP.
Encryption with  signed payload (which I am working on for the Java version)
and transactionality will make Apache Soap the defacto industry standard! -)
