SDL (Service Description Language) is now becoming SCL (SOAP Contract
Language) and should be devalued in favor of the new work being done.  You
can find out about SCL by visiting the MSDN site and looking for the .NET
stuff, SCL was introduced the same time as .NET

Go to IBM's alphaworks and read on NASSL, go to Microsoft and serach  for
SDL.
