Agreed. I think it would be better for us to use
PGP signatured e-mails when you all announcement your
news at announce@apache.org (The ASF-Wide announcement list).

When you make an announcement to announce@apache.org,
it would be recommended of you to put 3-5 lines blurb
of the projects.
