Just a note on a related subject.  I don't yet have anything to
contribute.

I am using RDF for a Test Definition Language, to express testcases[1].
A project that is definitely on the medium-term agenda is to use this
as an interpreted language to select preexisting classes, methods & data
when applying tests.  A slightly more speculative project is to extend
this to compile new C++ classes.

I'm going to have to review this thread to see if there's anything
worth "borrowing" :-)

available at w3.org under the Evaluation and Repair working group.
