<FONT face="Default Sans Serif, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size=2><div>&gt;So,
you could have something like<BR>&gt;<BR>&gt;xerces-core.jar -&gt;
the XNI interfaces and internal machineries<BR>&gt;xerces-sax.jar -&gt; the
XML sax parser<BR>&gt;xerces-dom.jar -&gt; the XML DOM provider<BR>&gt;xerces-dtd.jar
-&gt; the DTD validator<BR>&gt;xerces-schema.jar -&gt; the XMLSchema validator<BR>&gt;xerces-neko.jar
-&gt; the HTML parser<BR>&gt;xerces-html-dom.jar -&gt; the HTML DOM provider<BR>&gt;xerces-wml-dom.jar
-&gt; the WML DOM provider<BR>&gt;<BR>&gt;and (in the same dist or
in another one)<BR>&gt;<BR>&gt;xerces.jar -&gt; which includes all
of them. (for those who really don't<BR>&gt;care about size)<BR>&gt;<BR>&gt;and
no compression added to the jars to speedup classloading<BR>&gt;(compression can
be performed over the wire if required)<BR>&gt;<BR>&gt;What do you think?</div><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>I'm
not a commiter at all but I would really like this.</DIV><DIV>But don't forget
xml-parser-apis.jar ...</DIV><DIV>;-))</DIV><DIV><BR>The only
problem I see is that there would be a dependence between jars :<BR>- I think a DOMParser
uses the SAX Parser (or perhaps with the new version,<BR>a XNI parser, which I don't
really understand by the way)<BR>- the same thing would occur with the DTD validator
and the schema validator (and the answer would be the same,<BR>perhaps, everything would
be in xerces-core)</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Could you light
me up on this ?</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
